Archard Talent is recruiting a Care Assistant / Support Worker in Crawley and surrounding areas to provide compassionate community-based care for young adults with complex needs. You'll support daily living, promote independence, and ensure safety and respect in every interaction.

We offer flexible full-time hours (part-time may be considered), starting rate £14.01 per hour, 28 days holidays, private healthcare, and career development opportunities including funded qualifications and leadership

• Salary: From £14.01 per hour (weekday shifts) + enhanced rates for weekends and night shifts
