Job summary

All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care in the Crawley area and surrounding West Sussex communities.

You will assist older adults at home with daily activities, meals, light chores, mobility and companionship. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with permanent contracts and flexible shift patterns to suit availability.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and own vehicle are required for a community-based role.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Support with personal care, meals, lighthousehold tasks, and shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and independence within the home environment.

Salary: £13.45 per hour.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Crawley area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
