PA Services For You in Crawley and surrounding areas is seeking a Care Assistant / Support Worker / Personal Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex needs, living in their own homes. Starting pay from £14.01 per hour with enhanced weekend and night rates.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker / Personal Assistant, you could be:

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing personal care and practical support where required
• Assisting with mobility and moving and handling
• Encouraging independence, choice and decision-making
• Helping people access education, employment, hobbies and social activities
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
• Building positive relationships and providing companionship
• Following person-centred care and support plans
• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and colleagues

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare or a similar role
• A compassionate and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport
• The right to work in the UK (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
