Job description
Overview

PA required for a young woman in Middlesbrough. To provide care and support for a friendly, independent young woman with complex and life-limiting medical conditions. The aim is to help her stay as independent as possible and reduce hospital admissions by delivering high-quality care in her home. The client should remain independent in the community and enjoy her good days with support.

PA working hours/rota: 8.30 - 11.30am; 1.30 - 5.00pm; 8.15 - 9.15pm. Night shifts may be required for safety; overtime hours available. Shadow/Trial shifts with a 12-week probationary period; potential progression to a contract after probation.
