Job summary

MPA Recruitment in Bangor is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to help provide safe, person-centred care for residents. You will support daily activities, work closely with the team, and uphold dignity and respect.

This role is suitable for someone with UK care experience who is willing to complete Enhanced Access NI and undertake E-Learning and Practical Training. We offer weekly pay, flexible shifts, and a friendly, supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 6 months UK-based healthcare experience in care homes or similar.
• Compassionate, reliable and kind.
• Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI.
• Willingness to undertake E-Learning and Practical Training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Promote independence and emotional well-being.
• Assist with accurate record-keeping and care documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and caring environment.
