Mpa Recruitment is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join residents in our trusted residential and nursing homes across Northern Ireland. You will provide person‑centred care, companionship and practical support to enhance daily living.

We offer flexible hours and night shifts, weekly pay with holiday entitlement, ongoing training and a supportive team available 24/7 to back you up.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic individuals.
• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a residential or nursing home within the last 2 years.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• NISCC registration.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
