Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and independence, delivering high-quality personal care and emotional support in a friendly home environment. You will work with a compassionate team, maintain records in Nourish, and help residents pursue hobbies and social activities while upholding our values of care and respect.

Full training is provided, no prior experience required, and we offer flexible contracts (22, 33, or 44 hours) with shifts

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Must have the right to work in the UK or be able to secure it independently.
• Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver outstanding care.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all duties.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
