Job summary

Hope Care Service Agency is seeking a dependable care worker to support clients at home, providing personal care, meals, and companionship. You will carry out medication support, complete digital care records, and ensure the dignity and independence of clients are respected. Hours are full-time, approx.

42.5 hours per week, five days with alternate weekends. Applicants must have a UK driving licence, own vehicle with insurance, and be comfortable using a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Requires full UK driving licence and own vehicle with insurance for work.
• Right to work in the UK – Visa sponsorship unavailable now or in the future.
• Female applicants only due to clients’ intimate personal care needs – an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
• Good communication skills and confidence using a smartphone.

Join Hope Care Service Agency and help people live independently in their own homes.

Duties include personal care, medication support, preparing meals, companionship and completing digital care records.

Working Hours:

Full time, approximately 42.5 paid hours per week on average

Five working days per week, including alternate weekends, averaging 8.5 paid hours per day

Visits take place between 7am and 8pm, with breaks between care runs

Availability across this window is required on scheduled days - hours may vary with client needs
