Cera Care Ltd is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Caerphilly. We offer part-time and full-time permanent positions with day and night shifts, providing secure, rewarding work, with excellent training and no prior experience required.

Our Extra Care units help residents live independently in self-contained homes with on-site care and support, offering a meaningful role where you can make a difference in people’s lives every day.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Registration with Social Care Wales (SCW); employer covers annual SCW registration fee.
• Must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.

Cera are recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Caerphilly.

We're currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time permanent positions, with day and night shifts available.

Our Extra Care units provide residents with the independence of their own self-contained homes, alongside the reassurance of on-site care and support.

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping residents live as independently as possible, delivering personalised care tailored to each individual.

No two days are the same.

You might be helping someone start their day, preparing a warm meal, supporting with medication, or assisting with personal care.
