Job summary

Local work for experienced Care Assistants in the Ilkeston area!

You will be working in a beautiful care home which caters for up to 31 residents. The residents suffer with age related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer's, therefore, supporting their mental and physical well-being is of the utmost importance.

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• - Providing personal care to both male and female residents
• - Assisting with mobility using moving aids
• - Assisting with domestic duties
• - Providing companionship to the residents and a friendly face
• - Assisting with fluids and nutrition
• - Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained

To be suitable for this position you must have:

• - An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
• - Up to date mandatory training
• - A Referenceable work history
• - At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
