Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking reliable Care Assistants to join a bustling residential home in Heanor. You will support elderly residents, including those with dementia or mobility needs, with daily routines and activities. You can choose shifts that fit your life, and DBS checks can be arranged.

The role pays £12.71 per hour, with enhanced rates for evenings. Training is provided, and ongoing support is available from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience working as a Care Assistant.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and genuine passion for care.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Health and Social Care environment.

Minimum requirements for Care Assistants are:

• Safeguarding training within 1 year
• Infection Control within 1 year
• Moving and Handling training within 1 year
• A DBS check for adults services dated within the last 12 months preferably on the update service
• A minimum of 3 months experience in a Health and Social Care environment

QS Care can provide training opportunities for candidates with training that has expired. Additionally, we can arrange a DBS application on behalf of the candidate where the last check was done over 1 year ago and is not on the update service.

We have afternoon shifts available throughout the week.

The shift will be 14:15 to 22:15

You will be paid £12.71 per hour, with hours worked between 7pm-10pm paid at an enhanced rate of £16.90 per hour
