Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Heanor is hiring experienced Care Assistants to support elderly residents in a beautiful residential home. You’ll deliver high-quality personal care, follow individualized care plans, and work with a friendly team to create a warm, rewarding environment.

You will have 12 months of UK care home experience, be able to provide references, and have an in-date enhanced DBS (or obtain one quickly).

We have a wonderful opportunity for experienced Care Assistants to join a friendly team at a beautiful residential care home in the Heanor area. The home supports elderly residents living with age-related illnesses, and they need dedicated people who want to deliver a high standard of care and truly make a positive difference to vulnerable lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting elderly residents with their daily routines, including delivering high-quality personal care.
• Following personalized care plans carefully to ensure every resident's individual health needs are met.
• Completing daily logs and paperwork accurately to track condition updates.
• Working collaboratively alongside an established team to maintain a warm, rewarding environment.

• Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting
• Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of work
• Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service

The role offers ongoing hours on a week by week basis.

You will be working from 07:00 to 14:30 on days throughout the week

You will be paid £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.33 per hour after a trial period
