Job summary

Agincare in Minehead is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant to help clients with daily routines, personal care, and companionship in their own homes. Role includes night shifts (10pm-7am) and weekend flexibility, with emphasis on building trusting relationships and maintaining client dignity.

You will be supported by fully funded training and can progress through qualifications while delivering high-quality community care.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

You'll bring:
