Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Christchurch/Bournemouth with daily routines and personal care. You will help with shopping, meal prep, and companionship, bringing comfort and independence to clients in their own homes.

No prior care qualifications are required; training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential, and flexibility to work alternating weekends is desired. This role is based in the Poole/Christchurch area.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring
