Job summary

Bluebird Care Cardiff and the Vale is hiring a Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support customers at home with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity in their own surroundings.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Live in the local area and be able to work alternate weekends.
• Commit to at least one evening shift per week.

Competitive Pay:

• £13.45 per hour
• £20.00 per hour Christmas day, Boxing Day and New years day

Requirements

• A Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• To be living in the local area
• The ability to work alternate weekends
• To commit to working a minimum of one evening shift per week
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
• ABI experience is also desirable, but not essential.
