Bluebird Care Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our expert team, providing companionship and support with daily living in clients' homes. You will help with personal care and be part of a supportive, person-centred care environment.

The role offers flexible evening shifts, paid training, and progression opportunities. Local area residents with a driving licence are encouraged to apply for this valued position.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Live in the local area.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.
• Commit to working a minimum of one evening shift per week.
• Kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided.
• ABI experience desirable but not essential.

Due to growing demand, we are seeking carers who can provide evening availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, open to other availability.

Requirements
