Tamfol seeks a compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our home care team. You will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in care settings or home care is desirable.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed care plans.
  • Strong English communication with clients and team.
  • Good IT skills for updating records and schedules.

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in home care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised care according to each client’s care plan.
  • Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medications).
  • Support clients to maintain independence and participate in activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, families and the care team.
  • Update care records promptly using IT systems after each visit.
  • Travel between client locations safely and punctually.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment.

  • Follow health & safety guidelines rigorously to create a safe environment for both clients and yourself
