Job summary

Care Dorset Ltd seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and daily support within our settings. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility and domestic tasks while maintaining dignity and privacy for every individual.

The role offers training and development opportunities, with a shift pattern including weekday and alternate weekend work. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

Experience delivering personal care and support with dignity.
Ability to perform routine tasks including toileting, washing and mobility assistance.
Good note-taking and record-keeping in client records.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, toileting, washing and transfers as needed.
Undertake domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
Support clients with dignity and privacy.
Maintain essential records with brief notes on client records.
Follow health and safety guidelines for manual handling and infection control.
Work within the Gold Standards Framework.
Shift pattern includes weekday and alternate weekend shifts.
