Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Days) to provide compassionate support to residents across our care home. You will help with daily living, personal care and mobility, upholding residents' rights to dignity, privacy and choice.

Applicants should understand residents' needs and confidentiality. A QCF level 2 in care is desirable, with experience in elder care. We offer a generous benefits package including holiday, pension, DBS, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the needs of residents.
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent.
• Experience of providing care.
• Experience of working with elders.

Responsibilities
