MHA’s Alexandra House care home in Dovercourt is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Days). You will provide compassionate personal and social care to residents, following care plans, and supporting dignity, wellbeing and independence.

Formación

• Respect and sensitivity for older people.
• Willingness to be trained (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring, patient and empathetic.
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work across a rota, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including dementia care.
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans, supporting wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control and health & safety practices.
