Jewish Care is recruiting a Care Assistant to join our care team on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract. You’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to meals, always taking a person-centred approach and building meaningful relationships with those in our care.

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract..

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You’ll get to know each resident as an individual—what matters to them, what makes them smile—and tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern

You’ll work on a two-week rolling rota:

Week 1: 4 days
Week 2: 2 days
12-hour shifts (8am–8pm), including some weekends
Average of 38.5 hours per week
