Job summary

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person‑centred approach. You’ll get to know each resident as an individual—what matters to them, what makes them smile—and tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern

12-hour shifts (8am–8pm), including some weekends
