Jewish Care is hiring a Night Care Assistant to join our care team. You will support residents with personal care, meals, and activities, while building meaningful relationships and ensuring a person-centred approach.
No prior care experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided. The role involves 12-hour night shifts on a two-week rolling rota, with an average of 42 hours per week, and a welcoming team environment.
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant to join our Care team.
This isn’t just a job—it’s about building relationships, creating moments that matter, and helping people feel valued every single day.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You’ll get to know each resident as an individual—what matters to them, what makes them smile—and tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
You don’t need to have worked in care before (although it’s great if you have). What really matters is who you are:
For many of our residents, you’ll be the person who brightens their day, supports them through challenges, and helps them feel safe, respected, and valued. That’s a big responsibility—but also an incredibly rewarding one.
