Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in care or mental health is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents with complex needs, including dementia and mental health conditions.
• Follow individual care plans and support structured routines.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing in a person-centred way.
