Hazelbrook Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare within Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs. You will follow care plans, support routines and foster a calm, dignified environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.

The role suits patient, compassionate individuals with strong teamwork and a willingness to learn, with NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or the commitment to obtain it.

Formación

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in care or mental health is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Full Time
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia, mental health conditions and other long term health challenges. Your role is to provide safe, consistent and person centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans and support structured routines, helping to create a calm, stable and supportive environment. You will build positive relationships with residents, understanding their needs and responding appropriately to changes in behaviour or wellbeing.

This is a hands on role that requires patience, resilience and a calm approach, supporting both the physical and emotional needs of residents while ensuring care is delivered safely and consistently at all times.

What We Are Looking For
