Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Great Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 care for a young client at home. You will support daily routines, help with community access, and promote independence with dignity.

Full specialist clinical training is provided, shifts include day and night, and you will work with experienced clinical teams to ensure safety. Applicants with baby/complex needs experience welcomed; training offered.

Job description

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

About the Client

Our client is a young baby, who suffers from chronic lung disease and Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension. they benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Compliance Requirements

Referral Bonus

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
• £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
