Job summary

CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Care Assistant at Hesketh Park Lodge Care Home in Southport to provide compassionate, person-centred care. You will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans and support wellbeing in a warm, respectful environment.

The role welcomes experienced carers or newcomers, with full training and development provided. The position offers a flexible, zero-hours contract with paid DBS and uniform supplied.

Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop; previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe, responsive and consistent care.
• Support nutrition, emotional wellbeing and dignity for residents; create a warm, supportive environment.
