Shifts run 07:00–19:30 per week and include alternate weekends, with a thorough induction to build confidence in your duties. You will work with residents with dignity and respect, assist with hygiene, monitor health risks, and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist residents in personal hygiene maintaining independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risk areas and escalate identified risks promptly.
