Job summary

Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire is seeking a caring, dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. You will support clients in their own homes, enabling daily living independently or with a supportive team, fostering dignity and purpose.

We provide full induction and expert training, uniform and PPE, DBS checks, and ongoing career development within an award-winning care provider.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal preparation, nutrition and promoting independence.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.
• Full induction and ongoing expert training.

Requirements
