Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Minehead to help clients live independently and with dignity in their own homes. You will support daily routines, personal care, shopping and meal preparation while offering companionship and a comforting presence.

We welcome applicants with a caring attitude; no prior care experience is required. A full UK driving licence and night-shift flexibility are advantageous; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• You don't need previous care experience; a caring nature and willingness to learn are essential.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, personal care, household tasks and meals.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, supportive presence in clients' homes.
• Help with shopping, meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
