Agincare in Minehead is seeking a home care assistant for a bank role (as-needed) delivering personal care, meals, medication support, and companionship in people’s own homes. Night shifts 10pm–7am and alternating weekends are part of the schedule.

A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months are required, with training to QCF level 5 funded. No sponsorship offered; join a family-owned care provider committed to compassionate, person-centered care and career

Home care assistant bank role with Agincare, a family-owned care provider, supporting people in their own homes on an as-needed basis with no fixed hours. The work covers personal care, daily routines, household tasks, shopping, meals, medication and companionship. The post is built around sleeping night shifts from 10pm to 7am and alternating weekends. A full UK driving licence and at least 12 months' right to work are needed, as no sponsorship is offered.
