Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Bridgwater to help clients live independently at home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and offer reassurance to clients in a compassionate, respectful manner.

The role includes alternate weekend work and various day shifts. The company offers fully funded training and career development opportunities, with flexible contracts and a 0 hours (bank) option.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Kindness and empathy are valued.
• Free training and support up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, everyday tasks and provide comfort and reassurance in clients' homes.
• Support independence and daily living routines; monitor wellbeing.
• Alternate weekend work; day and night shift opportunities as described.
