Job summary

Agincare is seeking Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across the Dorchester area. No prior care experience is required. The role focuses on personal care, helping with daily routines and offering companionship over a cup of tea.

Flexible contracts apply and mileage is paid at 32p per mile, with funded training and progressive qualifications. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have at least 12 months’ right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not offered.
