The Croft, an Agincare care home, is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care, assist with medication administration and support residents with daily routines. The role is covered as and when needed and full training is provided to new staff.

Applicants must have at least 12 months' right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available. The position includes funded training up to QCF Level 5, career development, refer-a-friend rewards up to £1,000, Blue Light Card

This bank night Care Assistant role at The Croft, an Agincare care home, is filled as and when cover is needed. The work centres on personal care, assisting with medication administration and recording, supporting daily routines, and building companionship through social activities. No previous care experience is needed as full training is provided, but applicants need at least 12 months' right to work in the UK because Agincare cannot sponsor visas.
