Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Middleton Lodge Care Home.

You will provide personal care to residents, support their dignity and independence, and help identify and respond to clinical risks such as falls or infections, while maintaining a warm, respectful environment. Experience is not required as a full induction and training programme is provided, but flexibility is needed to cover varied duties at short notice.
