Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Fife, is looking for a friendly Care Assistant to join our warm team. You will help residents with daily routines, personal care and mobility, supporting their nutrition and emotional wellbeing with a compassionate approach.

We offer flexible zero-hours contracts, paid PVG, pension and uniforms. Shift times include days and nights, with 5.6 weeks of annual leave pro-rata for full-time staff, and a supportive team that values respectful, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Encourage independence wherever possible.
• Work as part of a close knit team to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and supported.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Flexible zero hours contract
• Shift Times: 08:00AM-20:00PM , 20:00PM-08:00AM
• Dayshift and nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
