Job summary

Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility and nutrition. You will work with a close-knit team to provide compassionate, dignified care in a warm environment.

We offer full-time and part-time contracts with day and night shifts, paid PVG, pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave. Salary is £13.60 per hour and joining the team means making a positive difference every day.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is beneficial but not essential.
• A kind, compassionate and respectful approach towards others with good communication and teamwork.
• Genuine passion for supporting older people and promoting wellbeing.

• Support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Encourage independence wherever possible and provide compassionate, patient‑centred care.

Campsie View offers a varied level of nursing care - whether this is just assistance with everyday living or more complex care needs for up to 90 residents, situated in the quiet area of Kirkintilloch.

Care Assistant Contract
