Job summary

Queensmount Care Home in Bournemouth is hiring a Care Assistant on bank hours. You will help residents with daily care, share in companionship, and support the team to provide person-centred care. Company-wide training and a welcoming, supportive environment are offered.

Care Assistant (Bank Hours)

Salary: £13.10 up to £14.10 per hour depending on experience

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents


• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care


• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting change


• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
