Pottersway House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans and recognising changes in condition. Training and development are provided, with alternate weekends required.

The role welcomes experienced carers and newcomers alike, with a focus on dignity, respect and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
