Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join a welcoming residential care home in Heanor. You’ll support elderly residents with daily routines, follow care plans, and maintain accurate logs, working from 07:00 to 14:30 as part of a stable, local team.

You must have at least 12 months of UK care home experience, be warm and dependable, and hold an enhanced DBS (or be able to get one quickly). DBS update service is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting elderly residents with their daily routines, including delivering high-quality personal care.
• Following personalized care plans carefully to ensure every resident's individual health needs are met.
• Completing daily logs and paperwork accurately to track condition updates.
• Working collaboratively alongside an established team to maintain a warm, rewarding environment.

• Solid previous experience working as a Care Assistant.

Requirements:

• Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting
• Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of work
• Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service

You will be working from 07:00 to 14:30 on days throughout the week

You will be paid £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.33 per hour after a trial period
