What you’ll do
Our care assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You’ll also assist with personal care, helping clients bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with medication. You’ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. Our mobile care app will help reduce paperwork and enable high-quality care. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. But one thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter.
