Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Care Assistant in the Weymouth area. No experience required as we provide free, fully funded training to develop your caring skills and qualifications up to QCF level 5.

Join our team to deliver compassionate care in clients' homes, support daily routines and personal care, and build a rewarding career with strong development opportunities. Weekend shifts are required and mileage is paid.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong empathy and people skills are essential.
• Positive and professional team working ethos is expected.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and at least 12 months right to work.
• Ability to work alternating weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines and personal care in their own homes.
• Provide companionship and brighten clients’ mornings with conversation.
• Support independence while ensuring dignity and safety.
• Record and report on client needs as part of the care team.
