Quantum Care Welwyn Garden City is seeking compassionate care assistants to provide person-centred support to residents at Anson Court. You will assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals, while helping residents stay independent in daily activities.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will join a values-driven team that prioritises wellbeing, development, and compassionate care, with shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

• Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person- centred care
  It is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because, as long as you are an empathetic individual who has a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You will be able to undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect in order to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Our staff have access to first class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities including the opportunity to work towards industry recognised qualifications.
• Our Homes operate on a 24/6, 365-day basis therefore you will need to be able to work shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
