Job summary

Quantum Care in St Albans is seeking caring staff to provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration and nutrition. You will assist with daily activities to promote independence and build strong relationships with residents and families.

No prior care experience is required as full induction and training are provided. You must be aged 18 or over, flexible to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays, and commit to compassionate,

• Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person- centred care
  It is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because, as long as you are an empathetic individual who has a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You will be able to undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect in order to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Our staff have access to first class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities including the opportunity to work towards industry recognised qualifications.
• Our Homes operate on a 24/7, 365-day basis therefore you will need to be able to work shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
