Job summary

Belong Warrington is recruiting a Care Assistant to join our village community. You will work with other staff to run the household, providing personal and practical care to residents and helping to maintain high standards of care and service.

We offer a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, DBS check and pension, plus benefits such as Blue Light Card and subsidised meals. Shifts include 8am–3pm and 3pm–10pm with part-time roles of 26 or 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Commitment to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
• Team player but able to work on own initiative.

Pay: £13.45 p/h

Shifts: 8am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm a combination of the two.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team in Belong Warrington

About the Role:

As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to caring for older people.
