Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Care Assistant at Green Park Nursing Home, Warrington, to provide compassionate personal care and support residents in daily activities with dignity and privacy.

You will work with a caring team on day shifts, delivering meals, observing wellbeing, and helping residents stay engaged, with training, DBS support, and employee benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments.
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy.
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences.
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture.

Salary: £13.31 -13.81 per hour

Schedule/Hours – Full & Part Time Available - Days
