Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant at Cherry Trees Care Home to support residents with daily needs, delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You will act as a key worker for a group of residents, help with daily living activities, and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
