Job summary

Radfield Home Care Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant in Didcot to join our Oxford & Abingdon team. The role offers flexible hours with a competitive hourly rate of £15.00 on weekdays and £16.00 on weekends, plus paid travel time and mileage.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months of care experience, a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. DBS checks and references will be required as part of safeguarding clients.

You need at least 6 months previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
