Job summary

Bluebird Care Tamworth, Lichfield, Nuneaton & North Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes across Tamworth and surrounding areas. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering personalised daily living support with dignity and compassion.

We offer full and part-time roles, a thorough induction, ongoing expert training, and flexible shift patterns to fit around you. DBS checks and references comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm approach to care.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required with training provided.

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meals, nutrition and meal preparation.
• Support with medications and safe disposal.
