Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to make a real difference in Wareham, delivering compassionate home care across the community. You will travel throughout the area to provide personal, physical, and emotional support, helping clients stay independent and confident in daily life.

Competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30), permanent contracts, full induction, ongoing training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing support are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in home or community care is preferred.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour, To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern
• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.
Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions. What You'll Receive
